What is the return policy?

At SR Fabrics, we take great care in packaging and quality-checking every saree before it is shipped. As a wholesale saree store, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will resolve it — provided you meet the following condition:

A clear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package
The claim must be raised within 3 days of delivery
The video must show the sealed package before opening

Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process any damage claims. No exceptions.

What is the length of your Saree?

All our Sarees are 6.30 meters in length with running blouse.

How long does delivery take?

4 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship orders internationally?

Yes, international orders are accepted. Charges calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/email once dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Only before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
