2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. If you use the Website on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Products and Pricing

  • We make every effort to display our sarees and other products accurately, including images, fabric details, and colors. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen/display settings and lighting during photography.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order affected by such error, with a full refund issued.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors).
  • Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card or payment credentials.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/message from us.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India (and internationally soon) to the address provided at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout or in the confirmation message but are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • At SR Fabrics, we take great care in packaging and quality-checking every saree before it is shipped. As a wholesale saree store, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will resolve it — provided you meet the following condition:

    • A clear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package
    • The claim must be raised within 3 days of delivery
    • The video must show the sealed package before opening

    Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process any damage claims. No exceptions.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@srfabrics.co.in with your Order ID.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.
